Lapse of a testamentary substitution with regard to a substitute benefits his co-substitutes, if any; otherwise, it benefits the institute.

Lapse of a testamentary substitution with regard to an institute does not give rise to representation and benefits his co-institutes or, in the absence of co-institutes, the substitute.
